The Women’s Empowerment Festival!
A huge ‘thank you’ to everyone who joined us for the national Day of Memory to remember those killed for so-called ‘honour.’ After the presentation by Sadaf Akhtar, DV Case Worker and representatives of the support agencies in attendance, a 2 minute silence was held.
The Chapel Cafe will play host to a DMU student led Community Media Cafe between 10am-12pm to mark the UN 3rd International Day of Zero Tolerance for Female Genital Mutilation #EndFGM. This FREE event is open to all.
